South Seas Club, Tower 3, Apartment 304

Please note that all of the "View" pictures are taken from our balcony and is the same view from the master bedroom and the living room.

Apartment 304 in Tower III is a front to back unit and is 1132 sq. ft.  It is located on the third floor.  The master bedroom and living room have a long view down the beach.  This apartment does not overlook the pool and therefore tends to be quieter during the peak season.  The bedrooms are also in a front to back position with two bathrooms between them.  This offers more privacy in the bedrooms which seems to be important to some guests.  Since this apartment is on a lower floor you also can enjoy watching the palm trees swaying in the breeze as well as view the beach.  The apartment faces Southwest. 

This condo was significantly upgraded in Oct 2009 with the addition of new tile flooring throughout, new light fixtures, comfort height toilets, new baseboards, entire condo painted, new area rugs, new towels, new pots and pans, etc.

Amenities

We have made sure that both apartments are very well stocked. We have constantly upgraded both the furnishings and equipment that is included in the apartments. These are our homes and we have added the same amenities that are enjoyed at our permanent residence. Suggestions are also taken from guests who have written in our guest books and may have mentioned something we have overlooked. Mostly we get comments on how well stocked our apartments are. The only thing that you need to bring with you are your clothes and personal items!

Kitchen Supplies Include:

Microwave, coffee maker, popcorn popper, blender, mixer, toaster, salad spinner, and an abundant supply of dishes, silverware, pots and pans make it unnecessary to constantly wash supplies to keep you in stock. There are even crystal wine glasses for that special bottle of wine.

Beach Supplies Include:

Towels, chairs, umbrellas, totes, coolers, beach toys, and a Beach Cart to carry all the supplies to the beach.

Children's Supplies Include:

Sip cups, eating utensils, books, video tapes, and sand toys.

South Seas Club is having the buildings and railings painted from May 1 thru Oct/Nov 2010.  Not all condos will be affected at the same time. Parking lot side will be done first and pool side second.

Please check with us to find out what condos will be OK to book.  The project will include power washing the buildings and using hand held electric sanders to do the railings.  Due to the location of our condos, they will not be affected at the same time. 

We  have decided not to book both condos for the same time period from August on.  At the present time we cannot tell you where work will be going on during the August/fall time period.  Although it is costly for us to take this approach we feel it is in the best interest of our guests to be able to switch condos if the project unexpectedly impacts the rented one and not the other.  Your comfort is of prime importance to us.  

If in mid July we have more definite information on where the work will be and we are comfortable that we can safely rent both units at the same time we will take that action.

When inquiring please include "number of adults/children in party" as well as either a phone number or address. You will be contacted by e-mail. Price varies by number of occupants.  An occupant is anyone who is occupying the condo, regardless of age.

Dates Rates
Off Season  (May 1, 2010 thru Dec 18, 2010) $825 - 1200 / week**
On Season  (Dec 18, 2010 thru Apr 24, 2011) $1400 - 1950 / week**

Cleaning fee and high speed cable internet access are included in the rates.

Add 10% Florida tax, *$50 Rental Agent Admin. Fee, and $20 Condo
 Registration Fee.

*Although privately owned we use a rental agent in Marco to manage our rentals.
